UTS Groundbreaking Ceremony

On the 11th of April, we enjoyed a ground breaking ceremony, with our golden shovel, at Upper Trinity Street in Digbeth, Birmingham to mark beginning Phase 1 of the development with Caddick Construction Limited.

In a joint venture with Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC and HGP, the progress on site marks a significant milestone in the regeneration of the area, supported by our senior debt provider BGO and the West Midlands Combined Authority. Thank you to everyone involved for their hard work and collaboration in getting us to this significant moment.’
